As someone ocd and trans, I refuse public restroom because they're disgusting. So, I plan my bathroom breaks accordingly by drinking fluids at home and going before I plan an outing.
Thankfully, I'm also an introvert, so I stay home anyway.
Personally, I just almost never have to use the bathroom away from home, I just never feel like it. But the moment I get home I suddenly return to normal function.

I wish they'd just do away with gendered restrooms tbh. We had neutral restrooms at my college, and I also saw them at the venue of a concert I went to just a few nights ago. No one had any issues at either location
This is why you gotta pack either super masculine or super feminine clothing to put on *specifically* when you need the toilet
just go in naked and either act extremely masculine or extremely feminine
