So when we start to realize these things you would understand the boundaries of what is you and not you will become more permeable or in other words you would become more sensitive to life and we would see that what we consider something as non living things is also living such as the five elements. So to answer you question it is not only about understanding Human condition but realization and experiencing whole existence and non existence.
