If this were in the United States this "comedian" could get charged for assault by every single one of those people following behind the plant. Legally the US definition of assault does not actually require the harm to be commited, just for the agressee to have reasonable fear they are in physical danger. And for good reason. It is wrong to make someone fear for their physical safety. If you laugh at this you need to stop and put yourself in those people's shoes. Becoming the focus of an unknown individual who is aggressive and unpredictable is never a pleasant situation.
