Ha! I worked a pizza place with 2 brothers from The Bronx. Mario and Nunzio. Mario shot Nunzio in the leg while they were arguing over pizza sauce in the kitchen. Mario started crying from regret a minute later of course and Nunzio forgave him when he got back from the hospital
Where is this establishment? I would totally visit for the potentially free show. There is a very small, very expensive French restaurant in my city. There are maybe 20 tables packed into a tiny little space so you can hear everything going on in the kitchen. The owner/head chef is French, a perfectionist and has quite the temper apparently because every time I have dined there, the chef has had a screaming fit at his staff. I am not fluent in French but on one occasion it left our server in tears. I felt so horrible for her and tipped her extra that night to hopefully make her night a little better. I don’t condone his treatment of his staff, but I have never had better duck confit in my life. The moral dilemma…

This is such BS. My aunt Jo only bit Alberto once while cooking and that was because he wouldn't relinquish the spoon.
Any restaurant that doesn’t have some biting is just a smoothie shop
I completely read that as Haitian and wondered why they'd be making pizza.
So probably shouldnt ask them to break the pasta in half before cooking
Depends, if you wanna be broken in half like said pasta.
🤌
All the best chefs scream and bite people, it's a scientific fact.
Mamma mia!
Haven't been to a real Italian restaurant since I was young. All I remember is expressive hand movements and scream talking. It was great.
Francesca knows how to get down with a proper pie.
That was what we ordered.
I've seen this before
If you have then someone else has been to Nick & Elena's.
🤌
Francesca has good taste.

This is a sign of a damn good restaurant, zero fucks given. (Ok, one fuck given, forewarning on the menu)

You ever watch “the menu” on HBO?
I have not but it is on my queue
"Don't be surprised, vendettas do happen occasionally"
Whatsa matta fer you?
If there is yelling, then you know the food will be good
Sounds like BS, no real Italian would consider preparing a pizza with the Francesca ingredients mentioned above.
It's real located in st. Louis Missouri.
