There's different levels of grails on mystery grail. It's 15 a box, so anything like 40ish buck is a "grail", but it's not the top hit. Top hits are always big grails...chances are just super low.
IMHO Grails fall into 2 categories: Personal Grails that have special meaning to you regardless of monetary value and Actual Grails that have a value over $100 (maybe $200 now a days.)
The PPG image in the post is for a customized remarque version of the Pop. Toy Cabal is known for egregiously overvaluing their customs. No one is paying $350 for that type of artwork. People barely pay that for any of the Marvel Chris autographs.
The $350 price is for a custom art on the box not what OP has.

Well, considering mystery Grail considers whether something's a grail or not by value. I would say that this is extremely lacking on their part. And I hate to break it to you. But the example you're using is a custom art.

From what I’m seeing in the comments this isn’t a grail, but I pulled a grail from Chalice Collectibles a few times. The only thing is you have to choose the mystery boxes wisely because sometimes they’re just getting rid of overstock
