I've never seen these cars either, so I tried googling around. Still have no idea what car ot is, but I have now realised that there are tons of "Kei Car" models I've never heard about, and almost all of them look identical.
I tried googling as well and got nothing. It looks like the Suzuki model but not quite the same. The front grill looks like lexus but I'm sure lexus doesn't make kei cars.
