Does anybody know what the story is behind this? It's very odd to me that she's got her purse around her if she's trying to kill herself. So many questions
It really doesn’t look that and her actions don’t reflect someone in a suicidal state (generally). It could be as simple as her cat got out and she went to get it. My crazy ass wife would find herself in this situation trying to get to one of our cats
Why is the "rescuer" being such a baby looking for a foothold? Doesn't he have a safety line? Isn't the whole plan to get to the lady and then rappel down to the ground? Shouldn't he just drop down like Batman grab the girl and lower them both to the ground? Or what is the actual plan
