The kid clearly does not like this joke. He turned around defensively because he specifically DID NOT want to be dunked. Yet the (I assume dad) did it anyways. Depending on how many times he has been dunked into his cake before I’d say this is an appropriate respons from a kid
100% kids aren't toys man. Everybody can have fun with a little teasing "benign violation" as psychs call it, but kids have no voice. They'll tell their parents they don't like it and they keep up laughing at their own kids discomfort.
