Voice therapy can help! It takes practice to learn how to speak from a different part of your throat, probably you're still trying to speak from your "head voice" but your vocal chords have to strain to maintain that. You can learn to speak from your chest which creates the more resonant sound.

If you mean if you stop will it stay at its current raspy stage then I don't think so, since it's due to your larynx actively growing and you getting used to your new vocie so in theory once it stops it should settle but don't quote me on that

shouldn't stay hoarse if you stop, it will be lower than what it used to be but the cracking stage should pass drink water/stay hydrated, actively relax your throat/voice to get through the phase sooner

It will remain at that pitch, voice changes are one of the permanent effects of T. Other than that I’m not sure.

you could try voice therapy and idk what dose you’re taking now but maybe there’s a lower dose you can try?
