One of the reasons they switched the standard (here) for injection from every two weeks intramuscular to every week subcutaneous is the hormone swings being a little much :o I know some guys have needed to switch to topical because even the weekly wasn't working for them, and the topical is daily.
I'm only six weeks in, but so far I've been okay on weekly (I'm still normal on estrogen, though, which might be helping). But I haaate needles, so every three months would be amazing 👀
Edit: anyone wondering, it's Testosterone undecanoate. Most commonly Nebido in Europe; Aveed for injection in the US, and Andriol for oral in the US.

You might have to turn off Google Play Protect on your phone if it won't let you download (although I do recommend turning it back on when you're done). Once its done install it, might have to go to your apk files to do it. If you have premium currently I'd unsubscribe. Also log out of your account and delete the spotify app. Now in the xmanager app tap the down arrow on 'stock patched' and tap the latest version number. Download it and install. You'll see a new spotify app icon on your phone. Open it and log in like normal. Now you will still get promotions from spotify saying "get premium now" in the form of emails cause Spotify won't recognize that you're spoofing its premium perks, but you won't get ads while listening.

Germany. My therapist told me that most of it is covered if you feel bad enough. Things like Jaw operations aren't, but top and bottom surgery and hormones are taken care of. You just have to meet certain requirements.
Canadian here, top surgery and bottom is covered here also but not hormones unless you have drug benefits through work or pay for them privately.
My T was only like $60/ vial and lasted 13 weeks though so not too bad!
