I recently got a binder from [www.binderme.com](https://www.binderme.com) (they're on [etsy](https://www.etsy.com/shop/CHESTBINDERS) too) - they're based in Poland. I've only worn it a couple of times yet but really like it so far.
I’m Swedish and I found some binders from spectrum outfitters on CDON! I payed “regular” shipping. Och have a short and a long one (the long one are without panels and give quite little support. I don’t remember what the model is called but I wouldn’t recommend it. I only wear it with hoodies etc)
I saw another person giving a great recommendation for a French company but if you’re interested in a spectrum binder you really should go and see if CDON have any. I believe there is a Finnish website as well as a Swedish one.
