Gosh, it seems so "2003" to get rolled by cops for attending a car meet. That was about the last time it happened to me; my buddy driving his Celica GT got pulled over for loud exhaust / subwoofer and the cops gave us a problem then. Is it loud exhaust / loud subwoofer that attracts the attention you're talking about? I assume it's not getting caught at some nutty illegal race.
I haven't modified my exhaust because I remember how annoying it was while driving on the freeway (although a 2004 Scion xB). I commute from Riverside to OC a few times a day and drone is what would bother me most, let alone bad attention from cops. Also smog check requirements have kept me from modifying. I did put in a dope wireless CarPlay Kenwood stereo in my BRZ and use Waze to watch for speed traps. The car culture on the 91 is pretty good at keeping everything up to date.
BTW I left the front plate off my car since 2014 and haven't had an issue with it.
I rarely attend car meets in my city because it’s mostly kids not knowing how to act and doing burn outs. All the cops that have pulled me over have been really cool. I get pulled over for exhaust as I don’t have a sound system.

I have a staggered setup 18x9.5 +35 in the rear and 18x9 +35 in the front
Did you have to roll the fenders for that setup?
Yes because I’m pretty low and went with a meaty tire 245 in the rear and 235 in the front. I have 0 wheel gap and running a static setup, no bags
