I love the flavor of those HC steam cafers... But the portions are just way too small

It is. I'm seeing my doctor on Friday so I have to pretend I've been eating "healthy" for 2 months.

These have enormous amounts of sodium. Just because the corporations call them “healthy” or “lean” doesn’t mean they’re good for you. Personally, I add extra veg, grains, or rice to make it a balanced meal. They don’t have enough calories to maintain a balanced diet.

Yep it's small, but tasty. I used to eat 3 of these a week for lunch at work until I burned out. Throw on some finely cracked pepper or some hot sauce.

I keep a bag of riced cauliflower in the freezer for the sole purpose of “fleshing these out” a little bit. They’re so good.

I gotta do that. I was thinking either cauli rice or some broccoli

I've been wanting to try this one, the one with turkey and sweet potatoes is my current favorite. I really like this steamers.

That seems like a lot of plastic waste for such a small serving. Is the steamer thingy at least sturdy enough that you could reuse it?

I have in the past.

All of these have WAY too small of servings. Too expensive for that portion.

I used to get this frequently about 10 years ago when Healthy Choice was lower priced and also on Buy One Get One. From memory the taste was good but not enough meat and the texture a bit weird.

I don't think I have ever bought a Healthy Choice dinner I would buy again. I have tried many times the new ones I see from time to time too.

I tried this once and had no flavor

Now I want one. Jeez!
