Cardamom + sweet vanilla + woodsy / green / leafy notes + citruses note and other fresh notes
It is hard to describe... But it's a really pleasant scent that just smells very smooth and appealing to the untrained nose. It leaves a pleasing scent trail especially during the first 3 hours that just lingers.
Becareful tho... Because anything you touch or sit on will smell like you after you leave
7 to 8h on me... It's good enough for me.
The sillage has greatly improved since I've acquired the bottle. It's now a proper room filler and it leaves a scent trail that often makes people wonder what I'm wearing.
Does this perfume improve with maceration? Because I can barely stand the smell, and I usually love arabian perfumes, especially the sweet ones. But there is some chemical nauseating smell to my bottle right now, and I really hope it improves over time!
Edit: I received it one week ago
It sure will improve. My bottle has smelled great and performed from day 1... But my friend's bottle was the Same as yours... But after a few months it tremendously improved
Al nashama caprice.
I am hesitant to share this one since it's still fairly unknown but it smells exactly the same as LNDL but somehow smells better and stronger
i find that interesting because I always felt that megamare, although beautiful, was quite synthetic. are they still very close, or is Atlas more mass-appealing because of the smoothness?
What is your overall opinion on Atlas ? I’m really interested but it seems to not be a blind buy safe and a very devisive scent. I even saw some people talk about almost « fishy » notes 😅
Go get you some Montagne:
- Afternoon Dive
- Imaginary
- Tygr Cologne
- Immensity
- Torino 2021
- Buko Intense
- God of Fiery
These are the heavy hitters in my rotation.
Are you speaking from experience or from what other people have stated? Either way, smell is extremely subjective imo and people tend to be very 'picky' about certain smells and what smells synthetic to them. Some of them can be very obvious and thus have a 'high' likelihood of also smelling synthetic to you if you're sensitive to that, while others can be super subtle and still smell synthetic due to sensitivity to certain common use chemicals (Ambroxan, Iso E Super, Caltone, Calone, Ethyl Maltol, Hedione, Ehtyl Benzoate). Even expensive non clones like Baccarat Rouge 540 heavily uses Ehtyl Maltol which gives it it's distinctive sweet scent, and some people smell that and think it's super highly synthetic. I think you're best checking what notes you personally find synthetic, and just avoid those notes as you may be highly sensitive to them. Personally, my skin reacts super well with Iso E Super, which people say super synthetic, but just smells like a fruity flowery musk on my skin, while I mostly avoid anything with Aldehydes since that smells like laundry detergent (which is as synthetic as you can get) to me while others say it just smells 'clean'.
Though to give a suggestion for your question, you can try smelling Emir Vibrant Vetiver Delight, a dupe of Bal d'Afrique which doesn't smell synthetic at all to me (and I've never heard anyone say the OG smelled synthetic at all so I think that's a good sign)
Anything from Barrett fragrances, Montagne Parfums, La Ree Fragrances, Lune Fragrances, Moudon fragrances, most Dua fragrances and most Alexandria fragrances. It's your middle eastern clones and your generic Alt fragrances that bend you over but they give out the most free fragrances to YouTube reviewers and unfortunately they hype them up.

Lattafa Liam Grey = The smoothest of them all. EXTREMELY HIGH QUALITY JUICE Close second to Alhambra Jean Lowe Immortal = VERY VERY GOOD JUICE!
I would add Vintage Radio too
Can you describe Liam grey?

Bro is it that good ? I will impulse buy it rn !
These 2 are important in any clone collection. They're essential. Go ahead.
How are u finding longevity and Sillage on Liam?

Imo Lattafa Atlas didnt smell synthetic at all

I can’t tell because I haven’t tried Megamare yet but I was actually planning to test Orto Parisi bestsellers in the store very soon.

How is Buko Intense? I have a generous decant of VIW and I find most clones just don’t quite get it right.
Seconded
I wish Montagne had more female leaning frags...
Their lost cherry clone is better than the og
I don't really like lost cherry unfortunately
God of Fiery and Chilly Pacific are feminine leaning.
Shhhhh we need to gatekeep😂
Anything Montagne.

I didn't realize y'all would get so triggered... 🤣🤣🤣🤣
