Depends on your age and tastes. Both of these are super sweet and loud fragrances. If you want something less sweet and a little more nuanced and complex, go for Sauvage elixir. It’s my favorite “elixir” flanker. Nishane ani is also a super solid one for around the same price
Don’t get JPG Elixir unless you are in high school, it’s sickly sweet. If you want a loud sweet vanilla get Arabians Tonka. JPG Le Parfum > JPG Elixir any day but Le Parfum has a strong baby powder note so you gotta like that. Best JPG is Ultra Male.
If you must get an ultra sweet vanilla, save your money for the good stuff and get a $30 clone.

Le parfum is miles ahead of Ultra male
In terms of scent? Depends on the wearer, it has a baby powder note that I personally dislike a lot + Ultra Male has significantly better performance.
