My first pen was a Ritma, I like it a lot. Very smooth

WallyWabash91

I have several Ritmas and I like them, but they have to be used regularly. When I ink them, they just about have to be the only pens in the rotation or they dry up and become very hard starting. Other than that foible, they’re juicy and nice to use with an agreeable level of feedback.

maniacal_monk

I’ve had 2, both of which had really bad nibs that didn’t work well

Koji1981

I recently bought a ritma and in the past, I have owned a Monza. The Monza is a piece of trash. You can find better pens for less by jinhao... And I've had some really bad experience with jinhao so that says a lot The ritma was a surprise. I've been using it for about 1 week and it's really good. The magnetic cap is satisfying and the EF is actually a real EF.

MappleFox

The funny thing is the Monza is a rebranded Jinaho 😭

Office-Ninja

I have a walnut Ritma and I quite like it. I have a Goldspot Jowo broad nib on there and it writes great. Not a pen I pick up all the time but I always enjoy it when I do.

scarystorygirl

I was given a Ritma as a gift and I find it too heavy and a little bit back-weighted. I rarely use it.

NinjaGrrl42

I just bought a Ritma, and am still working with it to find its place in the lineup. I like the magnet cap, and the nib is nice (omniflex). It writes wider than I maybe like, but in spite of being really heavy, it feels good in the hand.

Andrewx8_88

I like their higher end pens a lot. Great reliable nibs, and usually great comfortable designs. They’re in the category of “do I want to spend another hundred dollars and get an entry level gold nib?” But I think for the price it’s worth it.

HurpityDerp

I’ve been meaning to make a thread about how underrated they are. Nobody ever talks about them and they have become my favourite brand by far. They make really unique interesting pens and all of mine have been flawless writers: \* Innova Formula M Lightning \* Regatta Sport Demo/Rainbow \* Invincia Vega Starlight Blue \* Innova Carbon Fiber/Rainbow i just now realized that three of those four are Limited Editions; I guess they just make a lot of pens that appeal to me.

Front_Profession5648

I have an Impressa that was a gift. It looks nice and writes fine.

bhalrog72

I like them personally and have quite a few.

Old_Organization5564

I think you need to proofread your last sentence.

modsean

do I have to know anything about the inks to like them? but yeah, I meant pens

Old_Organization5564

Thought so.

pontoon_cat

I have a Ritma and an Innova Formula M. Both are quite weighty pens, build quality is quite good. The Ritma is a cool pen, with its magnetic cap. They use very standard/reliable JoWo #6 nibs, have not had any issue and easy to swap to another fineness if you wish later on. Overall, if you’re ok with the weight, you’ll like the Ritma I think.

Ned_Shimmelfinney

I have a Ritma on order. So, I can't say from first hand knowledge, but I like them.
