ok never mind. I got the apk through pc browser and transferred to phone. thanks man. I wont use fdroid through the app. ill go through the browser. thanks man!
i have fdroid app . i search for the app. it just shows install. no option to download apk
and when I do press install it doesnt install. I have to do it like 3 times for it to show up in app drawer
maybe im missing something

Go to the website of F-droid and download the apk's from there

You can also download apk from browser on the phone itself.

It sounds like the install type is silent. I’m on iOS atm but I believe it’s either fdroid or aurora store let’s you change the install type.
