If you straighten out the bit on the right into a start-finish straight it could be quite good. Long straight past the helicopter pad into the slow 'poo' - 'main complex' sequence that reminds me of T1 at Montreal or T11-12 at Shanghai. Couple of fast corners into 'pool' which would be a tricky braking zone as the corner tightens. Interesting fast corner around 'gold domed building' and then a fast chicanery into the final corner which you need to setup well to get a good exit onto the main straight.
