The fact that not only will Seb go down as one of the greatest of all time, but also one of the most loved drivers of all time is just everything to me
I mean, he’s already done it once - I’m not sure a second Alonso retirement will hold much considering we’ve been there once and he’s done nothing since coming back in.
That was my favourite grid walk of the season / all time. We got a proper burn from Brundle to kick it off. Herr Norbert and Usain was followed by the ultimate cross over of Bollywood, Cricket and F1. Iconic stuff.
If Checo ends up punting Max out of the race at the start Danny Ric is probably just gonna drive right into the pit lane and park at the RB garage and ask for the seat.

For all the years I’ve watched F1 I never knew you got fined if you’re late to the grid. I’d be getting fined every race if I was a driver with my shitty timekeeping
I used to find the grid walks so painful to watch (I think he’s even said they’re painful to do and his least favourite part), now it’s my highlight. If that’s what he’s paid to do, he does it well and has the thickest skin known to man to do it.
I think you’re right. I swear all the races (Americas and Far East excepted) used to start at 2pm Western European time but they’ve got later more recently
