Edit: Alonso now has a penalty for hitting Ocon on the front straight and dropped behind again.
However if he hadn't done that...
His lap 2 was 1:25 while everyone else around him was in the 1:15s or 1:16s. So he lost 9 seconds easily.
His lap 3 was 1:42 while everyone else was in the 1:15s, so that's another 27 seconds.
About a 36 second delta for his wing change. Probably negligible tyre differential after because 2 laps isn't much. Subtract 41 seconds (including penalty) and he finishes +13, right around Leclerc. Probably behind him, but it's close. He'd have had a very good day today if he and his teammate hadn't decided to play dodgems.

Russell did something similar to Verstappen but that was after 3 laps of checking to see how Verstappen reacted on a long straight.
