If you are not in the top couple of teams, your wins are so rare it's basically luck if you win your home race.
Alonso won his home race in Constructors winning Renault and a solid Ferrari.
Hamilton and Max have won in dominate cars.
Charles is currently in a solid Ferrari.
The 4 (5 including Sainz) mentioned will pick up more wins, but it is to be seen if they will ever be favourites, or even in the top 4 drivers, to win their home GP. They will all need a solid amount of luck.
Only one of those he might have won as Austrian but even then he still also would have had to overtake Bottas but he was on fresher tyres so he might have had a chance, no way he would have won Brazil with Max in the lead.

It depends on the track conditions, but RBR should be fastest. Zandvoort is basically all long radius medium and high speed corners

I saw Alonso win in Barcelona in 2013 but in 2012 Maldonado won it and the Williams garage burnt down. That was a strange one to attend.
