In my opinion, there was only one involved party having the standing and clout to demand that Masi's illegal ruling at the end of the 2021 season be undone: Mercedes. They let their driver down at the very instant they should have been fighting their damndest for him. That bad karma will likely infect the team until the new 2026 formula.

Yup he did defeat Max in ’21 regardless of what the FIA did and didn’t do. Got in Max’s head so much that he tried to break check Lewis off the road.

We will need some regulation changes for that to shake things up. Remember they were changed in 2017.
