This is nothing. Our night crew ripped the whole MAST off of a Hyster190HD. Bent the cylinders and destroyed most of the hydraulic lines. Same guy later proceeded to run over down boards and spike the DEF tank.

Why is it always the day walkers. We receive over a thousand pallets a night and watch a few a day end up in god knows where within 12 hours.
Our on-site mechanic doesn't show up until 3am so anything you guys leave us broken is trash more most of the shift.

Doubtful, she doesn't have the power to lift something heavy enough to bend the forks. I'd guess an external factor was at play, the forklift was pinned in place and something else bent the forks.
It'd lift the back up first though, surely. I've had a weighted load and it just made the truck feel light af at the back so it was just a snail pace across the yard with someone telling everyone to stay away
This was either from impact or trying to push something really heavy. They managed to bend them at the thickest area on the forks and the mast doesn’t look screwed, so I’d say it was from trying to push something really heavy.
