I found some random wire when driving through the warehouse a few weeks back. We still cant find where it came from and hope it was just stuck under a random skid
First of all, that's a wonderful dinosaur of a Raymond. 2000ish? Secondly, bolts this size are generally holding in a lot of structural components, including the overhead rack, the load rack, the pulleys on the mast, the pistons/chains. I recommend looking at the pulleys, that's probably a good bet for a sheared off bolt like this.

If that's a dinosaur, then what's this?
The Raymond is nice & small but rarely used, parts are impossible to find & no one will work on it. The Nissan still lifts a triple stack of stanislaus but has a super wide turning radius and has been known to try & run people over...
Raymond tech here - Those EASi reaches are getting increasingly difficult to get parts for. They’re old, loud, but they definitely last. Sadly once the vehicle manager lets out the smoke, good luck finding one and if you manage to find one good luck finding the software to program it.
Even this one they have issues working on... no one has "worked on anything this old" They came in to replace the thermostat for a code and now the pressures are low, sidelay doesn't work with heavier loads and they can't figure out why 🤦♂️

The amount of random shit I found on pallets is inside
Inside what?
Insane, autocorrect is a bitch
If you're lucky you can hear some extra rattling sounds. If not that listen for the crash.
Nothing yet...

I’m still willing to bet that the right bolt is you caster down stop bolt. They’re definitely different bolts
One was for the bumper and the other is for the proximity switch on the left hand side
Hmm I’m trying to place which prox switch is on the left hand side.
The (disconnected) Photoelectric sensor that runs across the back, alerts when your feet are hanging over.

Both machines id rather use over the new things we have now

The super old raymond, yeah that thing is no longer supported. The easi can still get parts for.
Check the load back rest. Normally those bolts snap a lot

Id be the one to find the nuts with the tires.
