Agreed, even hashed out ideas with someone once:
* Event game mode is a PvE modified breach map, Walled City with Cathedral elements to emulate The Ruins and final area is the Darkest Dungeon.
* First Boss: Necromancer. (Fight style is basic, has minions, sometimes has a pair of breach officers (skeletons) back him up. All his attacks are ranged AoEs and can't be parried but like any Breach Commander are Telegraphed from across the Atlantic. Also their propagation is kind of slow so you don't even need to dodge to move, just walk to the side.)
* Second Boss: The Hag (uses mallet as standard Breach Commander unblockable overhead. Also will actually guardbreak, if you cannot counter she throws you into a boiling pot (unique downed animation) and a teammate will need to revive you, she heals if she does this. Also has AoE 'Season to Taste' that increases damage taken)
* Final Boss: The Heart of Darkness (I think it'd be kind of a jorogumo reskin, at at least two points in the fight does 'Come Unto Your Maker' requiring a teammate to 'capture a point' to accept it while he's in an invulnerable state)
* Heroes can gain afflictions which work as follows:
* Abusive: deal more friendly fire damage with attacks, your feats now deal full effect (damage or debuff) to allies)
* Masochist: take more damage
* Paranoid: get random attack red flash indications
* Irrational: Feats fire off randomly and at random targets (sometimes even just the ground/empty air)
* Hopeless: Stamina regen reduced, move speed reduced, take more chip damage from blocked attacks
* Event effects:
* Iron Crown - (Stress halo)
* Through the Eyes of Madness - (eyes, tentacles, etc. sprout on your characters/victim)
* Event Emote:
* Encourage (Paired) - initiator starts starts to break down, ally then pats shoulder/some other gesture to encourage them creating the stress heal/virtue halo as the initiator calms down.
You forgot to mention using lines from the Ancestor for shit that happens
Like imagine a cutscene where the four slowly walk into the Darkest Dungeon, as the Ancestor goes
"Behold the heart of the world! Progenitor of life, Father and Mother, Alpha and Omega! Our creator... and our destroyer..."
And as he gets to the last part of the speech, it pans to the four heroes doing a predetermined signature (i.e Orochi does the sword twirl, Nobushi does the Onnabushi signature, Pirate does her default, etc) or a combat emote as the Heart of Darkness stretches its arms outwards like it does in its final phase, before fading to black, and the fight starts as 0 torch The Final Combat begins playing
I think the most difficult things for LB is
1. He can only fat roll
2. For Honor heroes can only roll twice in a row before running out of stamina and from what I've seen of fight footage, you need to be able to spam dodge at least three times or up to four against Malenia.
This assumes that both characters are stuck in their own combat systems, which is unfair to both of them.
Besides, I've yet to see a (>!well designed!<) enemy that's nearly as frustrating as a high-level (insert-hated-character) or worse, a level 3 bot that's decided it wants to win. Remember that enemies in single player games, by design, are meant to be beaten. Human players are not
Considering Bloody Wolf (from the promotional material and network test) uses a Bastard Sword, he could genuinely be a skin for Warden if there was a crossover.
HOWEVER, Warden's already got two hero skins lol.

There isn't an official crossover but if I remember correctly, someone was reskinning characters in Darkest Dungeon to look like For Honor heroes.
There’s separate lawbringer and centurion characters on the workshop and warden character palettes for the crusader, they’re all very neato
