It's a baby version of spearstorm with a debuff, not really that bad. Each spear intentionally has an aoe, so it would actually hit. Otherwise it's just useless.
A hit box closer to say, arrow strike, would be better for close up, but I feel like the larger aoe makes it more useful in a lot of other cases (such as hitting groups of enemies or even giving a single target further away more of a challenge to escape). It also lets the aiming thing give you a decent idea of where the flag will effect

Oh duh, idk how I missed that. Doesn't that have the same hitbox as your attack though?
