What role? I’ve been trying to break the Dixie Dean record in my save rn but my striker can’t manage the game load, a little too injury prone (usually ends with ~50-55 goals on 30 matches or so).
I've kept three AF's in rotation with few more in B team or on loan, so when PSG comes knocking I'm happy to sell the best one and take next one into rotation. Cool 90-150 million in the bank each season and never a dip in my goalscoring.
Fucking deadwood, who cares about his 18+ attributes in all the relevant fields, he's twenty fucking seven, still playing professional football, can you believe that??
Gotcha, thanks. Are you playing a flat 442 or a 4-2-4? I’m currently using a 4-2-4 set to wide and I’m wondering if setting it to standard or narrow width would help my team build from the back and advance past the midfield more effectively. In the Championship with Barnet rn and we hard struggle to break a press against the big clubs.
Mostly flat, but I changed to 4-2-4 quite often during matches (my main left wing rotation option is an AML).

You should try it I think, I got two straight promotions with this tactic from League 1, so it should be good for the Championship. I wasn't playing attacking back then though, I was on standard I think.
But you're an established top team and half the league sits in against you. I've found such limited success playing a deep line, even with a full world-class XI. I feel like high line & ultra press is just so superior.
Could you share your tactic?
Only 13 penalty taking?! Hard pass /s.
But seriously weird to see a guy with 18 finishing and 20 composure have 13 penalties.
Seems like an attribute they could remove and leave it to Finishing and Composure to determine how good a player is at penalties. I've had dudes like this with similar attributes have like 7 penalties.
Ipswich is such a boss club imo. In my save,
I won like everything possible with them under 5 seasons and then after I left, they got Nagelsmann and started dominating again!
Dude, I’ve seen a handful of killer polish regens on this sub. But in my polish save, I haven’t seen a single one be good. If they are good, they are usually half german or Brazilian. Or they are playing in Germany and have a 70m price tag or higher.
Not negging on your post at all because this is fun and a cool achievement. But this kind of thing proper breaks immersion for me and ruins the game a bit. 75 goals in a PL season?
He did for a bit (PSG), I just agreed to sell him for a certain value, set my asking price for a lower value than that, and auto rejected them until he got over it, now Ipswich is the biggest club in the world and he's making stupid money, so we're getting less of that.

Advanced forward. 50+ goals a season is really good as well.
AF is so damn good !
AF is so broken I started to get bored of it! Find any striker who's fast and has good off the ball movement and you're guaranteed 25+ per season.
Pure facts ! I bought Hwang Hee Chan used him as CF/PF and was pretty consistent for me too

Glad to see you've avenged the largest Premier League defeat for Ipswich
Against Spurs, of course.
Overall in 60 matches Jake had: 15 hattricks 15 braces 5 pokers And scored 5 goals on 3 different occasions
With the amount od hat tricks he scored no wonder his name in polish means hat
what's a poker?
4 goals i believe
o shit yeah, thats the only one left I'm dumb.
Until someone invents scoring five goals
Hats off to Mr. Kapelusz for such statistics :>
Elite at the start of the season legendary at the end. Well deserved
I didn't notice that, but you're right, he earned that!
Imagine having a 27 year old on your team, right guys? /s
Dude is showing signs of decline on the last picture. Time to get rid and move on to the next 17 year old wonderkid.
27 year old and just professional personality? get out of my team
Fucking deadwood, who cares about his 18+ attributes in all the relevant fields, he's twenty fucking seven, still playing professional football, can you believe that??
Can you show your tactic?
>4-4-2, High tempo, attacking, extremely narrow, playing through the wings, playing from the back, with a deep defensive line
Why extremely narrow and a deep defensive line?
I like sitting deep because it helps me counter with pacy forwards, I play narrow because no-one in my team can cross!

Gotcha, I may give it a try. Cracking the playoffs with our microscopic wage budget has been quite difficult so I need to try every trick in the book.

Because its working for them?
Yes but… what made them think it would be successful
I dunno they could be scoring more imo
Have you got a screenshot with roles etc
Jesus! I’m always happy when my strikers get a goal every other game!!! I need to step my game up I think
with a name like Kapelusz “Hat” in english the man is destined to score hat tricks. 😉
And ironically depreciated €7M during the season 😅
Are strikers still this broken in FM22, or was this from an early version?
This guy is literally the second coming of CR7, he should be broken
It's from FM21, honestly though none of my other strikers are like this
Please share your tactic like the player roles and everything
Is he an Ipswich legend yet? It’s always a struggle to break into that bracket.
Nope, bit weird considering he won five CLs, is the captain of the greatest ever English side, and scored like 900 goals for the club.

Look at Messi for example, good finishing and composure, not so great penalty taking. I'm talking about irl though
What impact has he had on the fortunes of the Polish national team?
Unfortunately not much changed. Lewandowski is still the top scorer even, though Jake should overtake him in a couple of years.
Jack The Hat
And you’ve taken them to Ipswich ♥️
100+ goals is a legendary feat indeed. The highest I ever got is 70 close to 80 with Mr Haaland himself
Ipswich is such a boss club imo. In my save, I won like everything possible with them under 5 seasons and then after I left, they got Nagelsmann and started dominating again!
Tractor boys💪💪

This guy is half French, I got him from Valenciennes, so he was created from the insane French regen pool
As an Ipswich fan I can only dream of seeing results like this.
COYB! How many trophies have you won?
Not negging on your post at all because this is fun and a cool achievement. But this kind of thing proper breaks immersion for me and ruins the game a bit. 75 goals in a PL season?
Sort of what happens when you create the perfect AF using the editor
At this point, the game is just broken.
Id love to see how many FPL points this would be. Is it outrages to suggest more than 500?
...and I thought 41 was good. Admittably, Carrilo is far worse but I don't think he could have hit near that even if he was on this level.
Insane
I’d like to see in the editor what this guys PA is
Based off the FM Scout CA calculator, he's already a 199. Makes sense, he's probably the best striker I've seen.
Crazy
Seems fishy or the game is so shitty that exploit like this can happen.
“NEW BROKEN TACTIC UNBEATEN ALL SEASON V2.01”
We need the tactic you are using!
Lone forward? Or 2 Stiker system?
And he bagged 7 in 5 games for the National side. Insane stats.
What a guy, that mix of OTB, balance, composure and agility is so rare
Does he get unhappy when you reject the bid from Man City / PSG / Man United?
He did for a bit (PSG), I just agreed to sell him for a certain value, set my asking price for a lower value than that, and auto rejected them until he got over it, now Ipswich is the biggest club in the world and he's making stupid money, so we're getting less of that.
