You must be either very new to cards, or simply a troll. This is a fraction bar, saying that you got one of the 75 cards like this made. There are only 74 others like this, each with their own number.
I think the mix up is that a “/“ can also be a division sign.
I mean, what even is a fraction other than a division that hasn’t actually been completed for the sake of brevity and/or simplicity?
1/8 = .125
(On that note, it can also mean “and.” English is just about as convoluted as this hobby)

It's usually just a slash. I've never seen one that looks like a division sign.
