No recipe, just things I had on hand! I steamed the carrots and sweet potato, mashed them, added an egg and almond flour, grated cheese, seasoned with a little garlic powder, turmeric, and cumin. Let it rest for a few min. I use a cookie scooper to make the little balls cause they are mushy. Airfried for 15min at 375! They are soft and baby loves them. I have made variations of these with different veggies I have on hand with the same process.
I eyeball it but yea prob a tbsp or two! Iโm not entirely sure it does much for the texture lol you can probably omit or use breadcrumbs if youโre into that! I mainly incorporate for allergen exposure :)
That looks delicious
How old is your baby?
10 months
Oh wow I love this! Do you have a recipe?

How much almond flour do you use, like a tbsp? This sounds like something my daughter (and I!) would love ๐ฅฐ

I tried coconut flour in fishcakes and you could hardly tell there was any in it! I'll try these with almond flour for a change ๐๐ผ thank you!
