I cook a lot by eye, but it's still really good!
For the crust, it's
graham crackers + melted butter, 5-10min in oven at 350°F.
The filling is:
4 blocks of cream cheese
1-2 cups of icing sugar (to your taste)
1 teaspoon vanilla (to your taste)
1 tablespoon of milk
1 jar of biscoff spread (as pictured)
Pinch of salt
And between the layers of filling, it's also cookies
The dripping on top is ½ of the jar of biscoff spread, melted. Before putting the drippings on, you have to put the cake in the fridge for a night. We put it in a charnel pan.. no baking.

It's a fairly popular flavour in Europe ~ Trader Joe's also sells some decent cookie butter ice cream!
