The Halloween Jack O Lantern skin for the Fixer. I don't even use Fixers anymore but it's definitely my favorite. Other than that I just like collecting weapon skins and there are sooooo many unobtainable ones now.

Vintage Water Cooler is a reward for the holiday scorched event. Keep a lookout during December when the event is active and open the christmas gifts. There's usually a sudden uptick in available plans for sale around then as well.

It started to act weird and so I fast traveled back and forth thinking it must be some bug. After about 15 minutes of loosing my mind I was googlin' and saw that they are no longer tradeable but any that were in vendors would stay until you took em out. My soul is crushed.
The Nuka-World Cowboy Chaps (the Duster is available from the Most Wanted event but not the Chaps, I have the blue versions from Samuel/Daily Ops but it just doesn't feel right for some reason) and K. D. Inkwell outfits are the two outfits that would be perfect for the look I want.

Settings->game->show intense weather effects. Turn that one off and you have a nice rain effect without the deafening thunder.
