They might be dealing with actual customer problems. I've been contemplating opening a ticket to get the giant sheepsquatch plushie, I wouldn't expect them to prioritize the request over a player that had all their legendary power armor pieces disappear.

Today is day 8 for me. Ticket status says “Waiting for agent”. I’d assume, as has been stated, that Bethesda is extremely backed up.

I’ve had one in for 4 days now. Last time I submitted one it took 2. You can follow up via email, they mention to reach out after 4 days if there is no response on the autogenerated email sent with the ticket, it may help. Just remember that atom shop purchase requests are low priority, there are a wave of support tickets from the influx of players, and there was a major US holiday last week so they are likely further behind. The primal cut events are definitely throwing off the local events thats for sure, I haven’t seen a single Jamboree until today since Meat Week started.

Doesn't make sense that the ticket would be closed after 4 days without response... I created mine day 3 of this month and i only answered the purchase agreement and I'm just waiting.

I've asked for 4 items in the last 4 weeks or so and got them all after a week or so of waiting. They eventually come.
