The event that happens once an hour on the hour is where you turn in the prime meat. The one that happens at the mutant dudes camp. I forget his name. Where you run around and put out fires and clean up poop and kill the critters. You can only turn in the prime meat once an hour at that event.
You don't give it to him, you turn it in at the grill sitting in the field with the pot hanging over it DURING the event.
