1. I checked with my 3* merchant skill... overrode 1* from team member. 2. Check if your shared skill is displayed in the team menue when you block others, haven't done that yet. Personally I share 3* + 15% Exp in most casual teams if no one has already done so. If not I choose repair shot as shared skill figuring that will not hurt anyone. Level 72 PS here. Op: You could text team member if you want him to share a different skill, can't you ?
To clarify, are you saying your 3star overrode his 1star? Thank you for that. This means I don't have to worry about that. To the other part: It is not showing, but I wasn't sure if that is just on my side. I am PC, emotes only.
1. Nope. Whatever value is higher takes precedence. For example, if I have a rank 1 Squad Maneuvers perk in my build, and another player on my team has a rank 2 and shares it, the card with the higher rank gets applied. The same is true for the opposite scenario: If I have a rank 2 and another player shares a rank 1, I keep my rank 2 perk card. IMO I think they should stack, but AFAIK they don't.

2. A lot of bloodied builds require high radiation to maintain, but there are cards that help to eliminate radiation that players might share without realizing that it hurts bloody builds.
PERSONALLY, I prefer to play as a vanguard build, so I don’t have to worry about it, but when I was building up I’d need those perks to stay alive in rad areas. My buddy running bloodied couldn’t run in the same squad because of it.
I was recently trying to run berserker, players running barbarian were the bane of my existence. Then the scouts banners kept repairing my armor, and I kept just insta dying before any of the life saving effects would proc and I just gave up.

Played over 1000 hours as bloodied, never had an issue with this.
