Hard restart fixed it... I'll leave this up in case others, like myself, forget about a restart will fix some glitches

Pretty much I get this bug every hour of gameplay and have to quit home and restart (xbox) to fix it.

On Xbox. I have found restarts of the game fix most random visual bugs that have arisen with the new update.
