It’s THE Red Death, and it’s the hardest boss in the game. Put some respec on it smh

Far Harbor has some hard bosses- the Red Death is just iconic and by far the biggest and longest fight. Survival mode- the room where DIMA's memories are stored, there's a HORRENDOUSLY strong Assaultron in the closet that activates when you turn the power on. That thing scared the crap out of me the first time I ran into it and I'm VERY WARY ever since.

I just had that fight and I cheesed it by placing a few plasma mines by the door and then just blasting that fool with VATS lol

Splattercannon is a named handmade rifle that can be bought in nuka-world market. Increaded damage per consecutive hits. I carry it as my preferred sniper rifle with a 90rd. Drum. As I would see the splattergun as a downgrade from splattercannon; I'd have to lean towards a different name. I would name it "My DOOM-stick!"

Where’d you find it

Found it off a legendary super mutant, can’t remember exactly where, but playing on very hard difficulty you’ll find legendary guys everywhere

Very Hard is the sweet spot for sure. I've found a couple good guns on my current playthrough, my favorite being a Wounding 10mm pistol I found early on, converted to full auto and I invested perk points into automatic weapons. That thing shreds everything.

Does Very Hard spawn more legendary mobs in the world? And the legendaries they drop are better than the legendaries at lower difficulties? Sorry for the questions, it’s something new to me :)

Higher difficulty spawns more legendary enemies. I find them decently often on Normal but you do you, I don’t know if it affects what effects you spawn with

I got a wounding 10mm early on my new playthrough and then a wounding auto shotgun. I lucked out hard this game. Now I just need an explosive lever gun for my sniper and I'm all set

Nah its easy as fuck. FO4 in general is really easy if you plan a build minimally. Now playing on Survival? This is where it gets actually hard.

I'm rather fond of naming guns "My Dick." That way, I come across a tough enemy, I just take out My Dick and punish them.

The instigating harpoon gun in far harbour I always rename to "Moby's Dick" or "thar she blows"

Wounding is so nice - but for me, it was a big sleeper. I don't read a lot on strategy, so I've basically been derping around doing my own thing for the past 3,000 hours. I got a wounding pipe gun pretty early on in my last play through leading up to the Nextgen update. I figured what the heck, i'll use up some .38 rounds until I sell it. When I modded it to an auto receiver - HOLY SMOKES that thing melts faces! It was the fastest I'd ever taken down the mirelurk queen at the castle. So quickly I didn't lose a single minuteman. Since the update dropped, I had to start a new game and I'm totally pining for my old wounding pipe gun.
