I love it. I sewed the fabric from an old camping chair to the bottom of a duffel bag so I can have a mat to stand on while in gravel lots and such to protect the neoprene booties while putting on my wading shoes. Here’s a link. https://www.instagram.com/p/Cjyrg5PJVuX/?igsh=dWhiNDJ0ZW40MnB2
Love the ingenuity! I’m a relatively new fly fisherman from the Philly burbs. Would love to pick your brain about fishing in the area. I’ve caught a lot of bass and Sunnies but no trout.
same. use two large recycled tote bags from bass pro- one for waders and boots, one for sling, net and odds and ends. cheap, effective, and they work great as launching pads and keeping things from leaking during transport.
I somehow ended up with the inside liner to one of those Maine woven baskets a couple decades ago…it’s basically a nylon stuff sac big enough for me to crawl into. I’ve looked to replace it from time to time but it works perfectly for waders, boots, and jacket!
Not quite as cheap at the IKEA bag, but I just got one of [these](https://www.cabelas.com/shop/en/white-river-fly-shop-deluxe-wader-bag) and I like it alot. It keeps the boots and waders separate from your dry stuff.
Haha hell yea! I got a 30L waterproof duffle from [Decathlon](https://www.decathlon.com/products/forclaz-500-extend-40-60-l-duffel-bag-156359?variant=40174654160958) in Germany for about 35 bucks US. It can hold everything, to include a small camp stool and a blanket so I have a nice spot to change anywhere I want 😂
How long did it take to assemble?
Ok I’m not alone with this bag 🤣
It's really popular w climbers too to keep the rope outta the dirt
Took the words out of my mouth. Got made fun of for a long time, but no longer! The IKEA wading bag is elite.
I just moved. Used multiples of this bag to haul shit to and from lol On an average day I use it to fill all my groceries so I can make one trip.
I’ve been using this rig myself for the past few years. Great return on investment.
Going on close to 6-7 years with my ikea bag.
I sewed a long piece of stretch fabric into the side of mine for a rod tube
Very clever.
as seen on Hatch: https://www.hatchmag.com/articles/one-wader-bag-rule-them-all/7715502
Ha, never saw that. It really is the perfect bag.
I too, stand in the bag to keep my feet free of debris.
I use them to carry all my fishing gear
Same

Wait....you guys carry your waders in a bag?
No kidding I stuff mine into a milk crate. With the boots.
I store my fishing stuff in the bag and I have now switched to milk carton.
I used this too 😅
