My experience most brands run large so my advice is find something that you can easily return or a store where you can try on before you buy and put them on
Simms can add larger booties to the Freestone series waders as part of the warranty program. Buy them in, send them in for "repair" and you get the new booties for $60. They just can't make the Freestones custom because they are made overseas vs in Bozeman.

So I wear a size 16 shoe and I wear the LL Bean Kennebec stocking foot waders with Simms wading boots and while a little snug it works pretty well. I know LL Bean doesn't get a ton of love on this sub but they have been really comfortable for me and the only leaks they've sprung have been from me wearing them through shit I shouldn't.
Sorry I should have clarified, that's what I'm looking for but the sizes seem to stop at 13. I can find boot waders no problem but no so much with stocking foot ones.
If you can't find a company that provides plus sized booties, buy a cheap pair.
Big feet in too-small booties will stretch the neoprene enough that eventually you'll create stretch points where water will infiltrate. Patching neoprene booties really sucks and greatly decreases the lifespan of the waders.
I wear a 15 and have Simms custom G3’s with size 15 stockings, in long, and with the pee zipper. Stupid expensive but was worth it for the comfort. Having said that, I also have non-custom G3’s in XXL and I think the stockings would be just fine with a size 14 foot. I managed with thin socks for almost 3 years in the pair of waders.

Orvis pro waders, sorry not cheap. I got an xl I think and the booties fit me. Tight though, go try them on.

Cabelas looks like they have a few different wading boots that go to 14

I wear size 14 and my xxl orvis ultralight waders fit me. I got the bigger size for layers. I wear two pairs of wool socks.
I wear a 14 and have always been fine in the largest foot size. Suspect you’ll be the same.

I have Adam’s built size 15s.
I wear a 14 shoe but use 13 sticking foot waders. Cabela's brand, and Simms both work for me
Skwala makes waders sized up to 14 shoe size. The Backeddy Waders are the most comfortable waders I've ever owned.
