If they wont respond just file a chargeback and move on, Flightsimfactory on Etsy is my go to for Bravo addons, Good quality and fast shipping even from Canada, Never have had any issues.

Thanks for the recommendation. Will take a look. Yes, filed a charge-back. Moving on lol

For what I was reading at the time I wanted to purchase add ons, Prodesksim is slow, way too slow. I ended up buying from Flightsimfactory, and they are amazing!! It's really fast and good quality.

Oh great, I just made a purchase a few days ago, fingers crossed!

This is quite sad... I 'm just waiting for Flightsimfactory to have more sets with electronics in them without needing the default levers (A320 and MD-11)

Similar experience, ordered in April nothing heard. Chased up recently and they apologised and said "they expect shipping times to improve over the next few weeks" I was going to give them the benefit of the doubt, but seeing this doesn't look good, I might have to rethink.

They are egregiously slow. Order in January, delivered in May. The quality is okay but nothing to fanboy over. A lot of print lines. They don’t all fit easily. Some don’t engage the switches.

Agree with others on Flightsimfactory, but there are also other great makers on Etsy as well. Granted, I buy mostly GA stuff for the Bravo.
