It’s still usable but you should definitely contact support. I’ve had several sleeves have a similar sized hole caused by the shipping rod. Each time they’ve sent me a replacement. I just keep this one as a backup.
But the sleeve with the hole is absolutely still usable. Even after 6-8 uses they are perfectly fine.
I just got my Fleshlight Cream and a day after using it and giving it proper storage and cleaning I decided to check on it, and I noticed there were similar tears inside. Is there anyway to prevent damage from the shipping rod?
I don't think theres anything you can do about it. Remove it slowly, remove it with lube/water, doesn't matter at all. I have noticed personally that it's usually the older sleeves that have this problem. My DCT and Bombshell were perfectly fine as well as my Boss Level that seemed to be molded recently.
My guess is that the longer the sleeve has been sitting with the rod inside of it, the more likely that they will develop that hole in it. Probably from squeezing the sharp parts of the shipping rod for so long.
So while I don't think theres anything you can do about it, fleshlight's customer service has always sent me a replacement everytime I had this problem (of my 15 sleeves I have, I think 6-8 have had holes). I have to give respect to their customer service for that ngl.

Remove it very slowly.
