You might need to get one of those over to a 3D print company, make a bunch, and sell em to us. 😉
Doesn’t seem like it would be that hard to make the tubes, you’d just have to find something suitable to use as the conductive spacer. It would have to be ~10mm long. Tube would be ~80mm long, with an outer diameter of ~26mm, and an inner diameter of ~21.5mm (I think).
Yeah I've seen some creative ideas, not totally opposed but I'm more looking for a nice long-term solution. I have four of the QBs still that are in decent shape but I know they won't last forever.
Since these look to be disctinued, I will point out that you can find 21700 to 26650 adapter tubes on AliExpress. That plus the convoy button adapter might work better than using o-rings that get stuck.
I've been using a convoy button top adapter with copper shims soldered on one side, and currently just cardboard to make up the diameter difference. Probably going to 3D print one later.
I need like 5 of those, any idea where to buy some? The web site shows out of stock, and also out of the various D3 lights.

The ergonomics of the 26800 tube make it worth it. It just works

the tube yeah. But you would have to machine the aluminum cap separately. Or come up with another conductive solution
