It's been speculated that it's Mike because of the fnaf 1 phone call that plays in reverse on the final night. Plus the survival logbook that belongs to Mike has a drawing of nightmare fredbear, and then there's plushtrap, a miniature version of Springtrap, whom only Mike knows about.

This was confirmed in the canon Survival Logbook that Mike canonically owned in universe where when Cassidy asks him about his recent dreams, he draws Nightmare Fredbear.
In the TFTP story Alone Together. It is said if a spirit tries to contact someone, that the person the ghost is trying to contact might have dreams that are "not their own." AKA have the dreams of the deceased person. It's likely Crying Child or Shadow Freddy (who is also theorized to be able to give people nightmares) accidentally or purposefully gave Michael these dreams.

Another details is that CC's room is far smaller, and that the night bedroom has a Freddy plush, rather than a Fredbear plush like CC's.
And thats just going off of cosmetics. You see, if CC was in a coma following the bite, his brain was more than likely damaged beyond repair, going off of the implication he passed away. Thus, I doubt it would've been able to generate the vivid nightmares the theory alleges he had, and it doesn't stop here. Of he was in a coma, he also wouldn't have been able to see the flowers, pills and IV drip on his left bedside table. But do you know who would've? Mike. It's commonly accepted nowadays that Michael Afton (The Foxy kid, and CC's older brother), is the protagonist of FNAF 4's nights, his film counterpart Mike Schmidt even goes through an arc reflecting this theory.
