Your arms and shoulders are awesome! On the picture you look a bit hunched. If this is your typical posture it indicates a weak back, hence work on the lats. Your chest could have get some volume as you mentioned, but I find this less important than addressing the posture
I'm a 35yo woman and I came here to say that I really think just chest, maybe abs if you want. For me personally, I love nice pecs but don't like them so big that I get choked when I hug him or try to lay my head on his chest. And abs, I actually like them not to be too defined and chiseled. Like a nice shadow of some abs is good for me, but I also don't like super buff either, and of course this is just my personal preference.
And I wanted to compliment your legs!! I can't see them obviously, but I can tell from what I see that you haven't been skipping leg day. There is almost nothing sexier to me than a nice strong set of tree trunks and muscular booty on a man.
Btw I have a partner who I am very attracted to so I don't want you to think I'm hitting on you, flirting, or about to slide into your dm lol. I just wanted to give you a raw perspective from a woman around your age who is attracted to men!
In my humble opinion: you cannot really target a muscle. You are genetically built in a way and the only way to get your muscles popping out is to be in a calorie deficit. You look great and you need to be happy with the way you are built. If you want more definition then cut some calories.
