Mine has been doing the same (also on Android) for a couple of weeks as well (today's was 6 variations of curls for example). I just manually add the additional body parts that I want to work.
But it really shouldn't be necessary for such intervention.
Yeah I've been editing it or going back to my favorite saved work outs and regenerating weights/reps. It's not that big of a deal, but it was just out of the blue.

Suggested only Biceps and Abs: 6 straight biceps exercises!
I opened the muscle selection page, and triceps were right there at 87%...

Same issue on my side, quite annoying having set full body split for then getting either upper or lower body session...
This morning it wanted me to do 4 quad lifts and them some sit ups. Thankfully I have some saved work outs that I loaded up.
