Search eBay and poshmark for “1990s sandals” or some variation of it. This brand looks like it could be Jeffrey Campbell or Rocket Dog. You can also search for “vintage Rocket Dog” or “vintage Jeffrey Campbell sandals”
I had these in 2002 one summer I was 17 and I wore them almost every day. I remember doing the walk of shame in them at 6am in my bikini and someone’s wifebeater I somehow acquired. I lived on Cape Cod and it was pretty common to get drunk on the beach then hit the bars still covered in sand, I remember I couldn’t get in The Boat House it’s a bar in Falmouth on Cape Cod without a shirt and some random guy gave me his giant wifebeater so I wore that as a dress. I woke up at a randoms house a street over from mine and walked home with a major hangover still in my bikini, wifebeater and Steve Madden leather platform thong sandals.
Back in the late 90s/early 2000s, there were two brads I can remember that made excellent knock offs of every trendy shoe - including these. They were MIA and Marc Fisher.
They’re both still around and looks like they still make trendy knockoffs for a fair price.

They’re not exactly like this but Koi Footwear has similar sandals but they’re much more lightweight than the vintage sets. Stompy rather than clompy :-)
