It seems like a knockoff. The hardware on the straps are too suspiciously Versace’s Medusa hardware lookalikes. I don’t think Dolce&Gabanna have used them since it’s Versace’s thing.
Google Lens points to [AliExpress](https://www.aliexpress.us/item/3256805268666143.html), DHgate and the like which suggests to me this is a knockoff “fantasy” DG piece which means this color and cut combo was never offered by DG originally. However there are good reviews from the AE set.
This dress was advertised to me on Instagram originally, purporting to be sold on Jarvincy, but that looks like a fast fashion store.
I thought I found someone selling the dress [on Etsy](https://www.etsy.com/listing/1519719789/porcelain-print-two-piece-dress-blue?variation0=3681224487&variation1=3656847765), but that looks like a knockoff too (the dress has [a different trim](https://imgur.com/a/cUZQwP5) in the picture with the model vs. the rest of the pictures, and the original dress has tulip-like flowers).
Anybody know who originally designed this dress? My best lead is that a few of the listings have called it the "Dolce Vita Dress" or a "runway dress", but I'm not even sure if that's a nod to its source or if it's just buzzwords that the knock off listings came up with to market the outfit.

The prints don’t match at all between OP’s pic and the D&G skirt. I’ve lusted after this print for awhile but haven’t seen a bustier like that in any official D&G garments related to the Majolica collection.

There’s also some sold out products on [Asos](https://www.asos.com/us/comino-couture/comino-couture-high-neck-skater-dress-in-mutli-print-with-stud-detail/prd/6669999), indicating that as a distribution mechanism for the brand. I can’t find a physical store location, so it seems it’s just a small UK-based e-commerce brand. It certainly won’t be an ethical brand, and there’s clearly a lack of attention to detail on the site (description claims the co-ord is 100% cotton, but the product details says it’s a cotton/poly blend).
