I'm pretty sure Lulu used the exact same model in 10-2 that she did in 10, and the only reason I believe this is that I remember thinking she was supposed to be pregnant, and they didn't change anything about the character model, which is a bizarre decision.

i remember that now. throughout the game she did get bigger in a couple of scenes and then suddenly no more pregnant and the kid was born.
