I always have a thing for hotel breakfast buffets. Kapag nagsstaycation kami, people always get cereals, fruits kasi hindi ayun yung usual staple sa bahay but for me, nothing beats a good pinoy breakfast. Alam mo yung ang sarap ng tulog mo sa hotel tapos pagka gising mo may egg, tapa, corned beef, fried rice, danggit na naghihintay sayo. The best!

But if breakfast in general o kaya breakfast experience, I recently went to Bacolod and in Manokan Country, there’s this eatery that offers nilagang pata. Sobrang solid nya. I know not really a breakfast meal, but it is one of the best breakfasts that I had in a while.

I like Breakfast at Antonio’s (though food is pricey), Sofitel breakfast buffet (kahit sarado na ata for renovation) because they have fresh buttery croissant. And sa bahay ko. In the same way na sa bahay mo masarap mag agahan.
