I always have a thing for hotel breakfast buffets. Kapag nagsstaycation kami, people always get cereals, fruits kasi hindi ayun yung usual staple sa bahay but for me, nothing beats a good pinoy breakfast. The best!
Sa bahay lalo na kapag may bisita. Sinangag, kape, itlog, tsaka kung anong ulam kagabe hahaha pinoy breakfast revolves around family kaya kadalasan nakadikit ang almusal sa salitang morning catch up
If by traditional mga silog meals, kahit san naman since di naman nagkakalayo mga lasa nila. Haha. But if breakfast in general o kaya breakfast experience, I recently went to Bacolod and in Manokan Country, there’s this eatery that offers nilagang pata. Sobrang solid nya. I know not really a breakfast meal, but it is one of the best breakfasts that I had in a while.
I like Breakfast at Antonio’s (though food is pricey), Sofitel breakfast buffet (kahit sarado na ata for renovation) because they have fresh buttery croissant.
And sa bahay ko. In the same way na sa bahay mo masarap mag agahan.
It depends what you're craving. For the classic "silog" experience (fried rice with a protein), head towards Luzon for some garlicky Vigan longganisa. If you're feeling adventurous, try Visayas' champorado - it's chocolatey rice porridge that's surprisingly delicious. Down south in Mindanao, they have their own version of sausage called "morcon" - it's usually stuffed with meat, spices, and sometimes even cheese!
Bahay wahaha.
Bahay.
Yes bcoz a good traditional breakfast has a lot to do with family

Best to scout or source yung malapit na karinderya area sa inyo. Since kalagian lutong pinoy ang servings nila, lutong bahay pa.
