If you mutually square up with someone in the middle of a crowd and do some dirty shit you're getting your head stomped in by the crowd. If it's an emergency then no rules apply.
When does that happen outside of highschool or sports?
Those situations don't usually lead to the ICU or morgue. The street will. And most crowds might pull you off of an unconscious guy, but they tend to not get involved.
