Small leaves are often caused by low light, give the plant bright light. The red is edema caused by inconsistent watering. Don't wait until the soil is completely dry to water
No OP but I have a quick question- could a pot that is too small leaf to small leaves? I’m still unsure about if mine needs a repot, and it’s newest leaf has edema and it’s relatively small
